Cancellation / Refund Policy / Payment


What is the cancellation/refund policy?

If for any reason you are unable to attend your course, you may cancel for a full refund 60 days before the course start date. If you must cancel between 59 days and 30 days before the course start date, there is no refund; however, you may transfer to another available date. If less than 30 days, you may not transfer your reservation, and cancellation will result in no refund of your course fees.


What if the course is cancelled by Disney Institute?

In the event of a course cancellation, you would be notified and informed of your options including rescheduling to another course.


What forms of payment do you accept for registration fees?

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), by check (both personal or from an organization), and by wire transfer. If you are paying by check or wire transfer, funds must be received at least 30 days in advance of your course start date. Payments must be submitted in U.S. Dollars.
