Counting Down: Our ‘Top 10’ Posts and Highlights of 2016

As we say goodbye to 2016 and hello to 2017, I thought it would be a good opportunity to pause, reflect and take a look back at the most popular topics, highlights and Talking Point blog posts of the past 12 months.

Certainly one of the highlights of 2016 for our team occurred in August of last year, when we hosted the first-ever Disney Institute Customer Experience Summit at Walt Disney World Resort. In case you missed it, check out this great video recap of the inaugural event:
