Select Disney Institute Courses Now Available In Spanish

Hola! We have some exciting news to share…

Due to popular demand, this May and June (2016), select Disney Institute professional development courses will be offered in Spanish.

Available at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California, these Disney Institute courses will give Spanish-speaking participants the opportunity to gain insight into our award-winning approach to business, including the Disney organization’s standard of excellence in customer experience. During these courses, all attendees must be proficient in speaking, listening and reading in Spanish.

Available Spanish-language course dates include:

Packed with invaluable Disney insights and learnings, each course includes an instructor-led educational workshop, supported by a field experience that takes participants out of the classroom and immerses them in our resort operations.

“By delivering our courses in Spanish, we are offering participants a unique opportunity. Hearing first-hand from Disney Cast Members in Spanish and seeing our business practices in action will positively enhance their experience,” said Jeff James, Vice President and General Manager, Disney Institute. “Participants can take back what they have learned through their observations and adapt it to suit their own businesses or professional careers.”
