Disney Institute Courses Now Available in Hawai’i at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa

Aloha! Today we have some exciting news to share...

This September, Disney Institute professional development courses will be available at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawai’i. A Pacific Ocean paradise, Aulani is an oceanfront oasis in the picturesque setting of Ko Olina, Oahu – located 17 miles from Oahu’s Honolulu International Airport.

Just like our popular training courses available at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California, this series of three, one-day Disney Institute courses will give participants insight into our award-winning approach to business, including the Disney organization’s standard of excellence in customer experience.

Here are the courses and dates that will be available at Aulani in Hawai’i:

  • Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence – Tuesday, Sept. 15
  • Disney’s Approach to Selection, Training and Engagement – Wednesday, Sept.16
  • Disney’s Approach to Quality Service – Thursday, Sept. 17

Packed with invaluable Disney insights and learnings, our professional development courses were “reimagined” in 2014. Each eight-hour session includes an instructor-led educational workshop, supported by a field experience that takes participants out of the classroom and immerses them in our resort operations. This “living laboratory” offers participants the unique opportunity to see and experience our business practices in action, which they can then take back and adapt to their own businesses or professional careers.
