For nearly a year, Disney Institute
has held monthly D’Think Chats giving Twitter followers an opportunity to directly engage Disney on topics from leadership and customer experience to brand loyalty and creativity/innovation.
On June 5, 2013, Disney Institute is thrilled to welcome a special Guest, a former Fortune 500 CEO, to co-host this month’s D’Think Chat on employee selection, training, and engagement.
Doug Conant, Chairman of Avon, Founder & CEO of ConantLeadership and former President and CEO of Campbell Soup Company, will join Disney Institute facilitator Austin Brock tomorrow on Twitter for a Q&A-style chat that explores the questions, insights, and best practices affecting organizational culture.
As the 11th leader of the iconic Campbell Soup Company, Conant reversed “a precipitous decline in market value and employee engagement,” returning Campbell to a world-class ranking in employee engagement.
Today, Mr. Conant continues his work as an active board member, keynote speaker, and Harvard Business Review blogger. He is a graduate of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and co-author of the book TouchPoints: Creating Powerful Leadership Connections in the Smallest of Moments (Jossey-Bass).
Join @DougConant and @DisneyInstitute on Twitter tomorrow, June 5, at noon ET or follow along using #DThink.
