Providing an exceptional experience for customers is essential for the success of any business. At Disney that extends to everyone, including guests with disabilities. A great example of this is the Villains Tonight! stage show aboard the Disney Dream. Two interpreters act out scenes from the show while they sign, providing nearly as much entertainment as the talent on the stage. At one point, Hades, the villain from Hercules and the star of the show, interacts with the interpreters. This provides a higher level of inclusion for audience members with hearing disabilities.
