An introduction to the Disney approach, this engaging format is the perfect option to capture the “big idea.”
This high-level introduction to one of our core competencies shares a few of the overarching themes through the Disney lens. The goal is to inspire and engage your attendees by fostering an awareness of how Disney thinks.

A step beyond a key-concept overview, begin to translate Disney insights into opportunities for your own organization.
This format allows you to explore time-tested business truths from the Disney perspective using examples from our parks and resorts operation. Our half-day session can foster meaningful discussion and can be personalized with an activity or a field experience. The goal is to help attendees begin to think about how they could translate Disney business insights into their own roles.
Duration: 4 Hours; Including (1) 15-minute break period
Field Experience: Optional (can select an activity or field experience)
While providing a more in-depth exploration of Disney concepts, this stimulating format is an active learning experience for your attendees.
Combining your in-room exploration of Disney methodology with firsthand observation in the field, our “living laboratory” takes you into our day-to-day operations to offer content and experiences that bring our approach to life. The goal of this personalized format is to motivate your team to reflect upon your own organization, recognize potential trends and begin to organize ideas for affecting change.
Duration: 8 Hours; Including (2) 15-minute break periods and (1) one-hour lunch period

A comprehensive examination of the Disney approach, this is a personalized, multi-day format designed to encourage adaptation.
These fully immersive program experiences combine in-room content with highly experiential learning including group activities, visits to on-stage or backstage locations within our theme parks or resorts and access to Disney leaders. The goal is help your team apply acquired understanding of the Disney approach to begin to solve problems and think differently about your own business practices.

Teambuilding is most effective when intentionally designed to encourage people to work together. This is your opportunity to discover relevant opportunities for improving your team’s effectiveness in the areas of trust, communication and collaboration through experiential learning in a setting only Disney can provide.
