A follow-up report will serve as an inventory of your organizational culture and can be used to guide the direction of your right-fit custom solution.

Disney Institute can meet with your executive leaders to provide insight into Disney’s business success, tapping into a network of Disney leaders with stories to share. These meetings also can be used to conduct strategic-planning sessions, where your organization may plant the seeds of developing a new vision, mission or common purpose – or start the work of formulating service standards, guidelines and behaviors based on core Disney Institute lessons and topics.
