Now your organization can save when you pre–pay registration fees for select Disney Institute professional development programs. Purchase 5 to 100 registrations in advance, and you can save up to 50% off the non–discounted rate for the same program.*
Prepaid registrations may be used for any Disney Institute public programs held only at the Walt Disney World® Resort or Disneyland® Resort. They can be used up to 12 months from date of purchase, giving you a flexible training option that fits within the schedule and needs of your business and your employees.

Registrations may only be used by individuals from the same organization. Offer valid for program fees only and does not include items, such as transportation and hotel accommodations. Registrations are non–refundable and non–transferrable. Packs are valid 1 year from purchase date.

Hotel Accommodations
Programs held at Walt Disney World® Resort:
A hotel room is not included in your program price. There is a block of rooms available for each of the program dates in the same resort where the program will be held. The current room rate for programs held at
Walt Disney World® Resort is $189 per room per night plus 12.5 percent tax for the months of January 2013 – June 2013 and October 2013 – December 2013; $159 per room per night plus 12.5 percent tax for the months of July 2013 – September 2013 (Exceptions: January 23-26, 2013 where room rate is $205 plus tax and February 12-17, 2013 where room rate is $159 plus tax). Guests are able to book a room reservation at the same time they book their program. The number of rooms available at this rate is limited.
Programs held at Disneyland® Resort:
A hotel room is not included in your program price. As a
Disney Institute program participant, there are a limited number of discounted rooms available for each of the program dates at
Disneyland® Resort. Information regarding room rates and reservations is available in your confirmation email once you book a program.
**Theme Park Tickets
3½-Day and 5-Day Programs at the Walt Disney World® Resort and Disneyland® Resort:
For all tickets provided by
Disney Institute, please understand these are for the personal use of the registered program participant and are not transferable. Additional Theme Park Tickets are available for purchase. You will have the opportunity to upgrade the ticket included in your registration while making your program reservation. You will also receive a link to purchase additional tickets for your party in your confirmation e-mail after you register. Please note that pre-arrival pricing is lower than prices offered on-site, so we do recommend ordering at least 14 days prior to arrival.
1–Day Programs at the Disneyland® Resort :
Theme Park Tickets are not included in your program price but are available for purchase. You will have the opportunity to purchase tickets while making your program reservation. You will also receive a link to purchase additional tickets for your party in your confirmation e-mail after you register. Please note that pre-arrival pricing is lower than prices offered on-site, so we do recommend ordering at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to attend your program, you can cancel for a full refund 60 days before the program start date. If you must cancel within 60 days before the program start date, you may transfer to any other available date. You may not cancel or transfer your reservation within 30 days of the program date.
