No, your hotel room is not included in the cost of the course price.
Are there discount room rates for Disney Institute course participants?
Yes, there are a limited number of discounted rooms available for Disney Institute course participants.
- Participants attending a course at Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, CA will receive Information regarding room rates and reservations available in your confirmation email once you book a course.
- Participants attending a course at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, FL are able to book their accommodations at the same time they are booking their course.
May I use the Online Check-in service?
When visiting the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, FL you can expedite your arrival with Online Check-In, a service available at select resort hotels 10 days prior to your arrival date. You may take advantage of this quick and easy service by clicking here .

Although most locations are smoke-free, there are designated areas for smoking within our parks, resort hotels and convention centers. Please see a Cast Member for designated smoking areas.
Where can I store my luggage if I have checked out of my room on the final day of the course?
On the final day of your course, if you have checked out and are staying at a Disney resort hotel, luggage can be stored with our Bell Service Cast Members. Bell Service is located near the front desk of your resort. You can also contact them by pressing the Bell Service button on your in-room phone.
Are there wheelchairs or electric convenience vehicles (ECV’s) available?
At the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, CA, the Bell Services desk has a limited number of wheelchairs and cannot reserve them for Guests ahead of time. Upon your arrival, ask Bell Services if a wheelchair is available. The cost for the wheelchair is $10 per day and would be charged to your hotel room or personal credit card. The front desk does not have electric convenience vehicles available, but there are a few companies that can be of assistance: Deckert Surgical Company 714-542-5607, Homedical, Inc. 1-800-404-0040 or Universal Mobility 714-731-7777.
At the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, FL, the front desk has a limited number of wheelchairs and cannot reserve them for Guests ahead of time. Upon your arrival, ask the front desk if a wheelchair is available. There is no cost for the wheelchair, but the Cast Member will ask for your credit card information. The front desk does not have electric convenience vehicles available, but there are two companies that can be of assistance: Care Medical Equipment 1-800-741-2282 or Walker Mobility 1-888-726-6837.
Are you able to accommodate my special dietary needs?

What meals are included during my course?
During our multi-day courses, should your course begin with an evening session, dinner will be included. In addition, breakfast and lunch will be served during each day of the multi-day course. During our single-day courses, breakfast and lunch will be served during each day of the course.
How do I make a priority-seating reservation at a Disney restaurant for dinner?
If you would like to dine at any of our table service restaurants during your free time, we suggest that you make reservations. Due to the popularity of the table service restaurants throughout our theme parks and resorts, their seating may be limited or unavailable once you are onsite.
