Sometimes, great ideas just don’t work. At Disney, we consider these “successful failures.” In other words, we use every opportunity as a learning opportunity.

•Every person is creative in his or her own way, and ever person has ideas.  Leverage those innovative abilities to create solutions to problems.

•Without risk, organizations fail. Take a chance on something new. If it does not work, learn from it and do better next time.
