Through innovative teambuilding experiences your team and you will step right outside your comfort zone. Disney Institute facilitators will stretch your communication skills and develop your collective creativity, as well as help you recognize achievements. Following each team activity, we provide a debriefing where our Disney leaders show you how to adapt what you have learned to your specific work environment.

• Pluto's Pursuit
Teams band together "in pursuit of the prize" during this one-of-a-kind scavenger hunt throughout Disneyland® Park or Disney's California Adventure® Park.

• The Incredible Race
The Incredible Race is an entertaining activity that tests your teams creativity quotient. While exploring either one of the Disneyland Resort theme parks, participants must solve a series of challenging puzzles or team activities before progressing to the next challenge point. Use both the left and right brain to decipher clues that reveal the next location. Team work and communication are essential!

• Team Park Challenge
Become part of a project management team, charged with building and operating a Theme Park. During this high-energy engagement, participants are challenged with a deadline, budget, and unique resources. Balancing attention to detail and the big picture, your teams diversity of perspective and collaboration will result in the launch of a successful Theme Park operation.
